Removes, cleans, replaces and maintains unit air conditioners (PTACs), televisions, telephones, and similar equipment. Ensures fire safety equipment (fire alarm system, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, etc.) are operational and that inspections are current, and forwards inspection reports to General Manager.
